The raw materials required for cables are: metal conductor (copper wire, aluminum wire), PVC plastic particles, PE plastic particles.
(1) Copper wire: As a carrier of conductivity, copper wire is one of the essential components of wire and cable.
(2) PVC plastic particles: PVC plastic particles have superior mechanical properties, chemical resistance, good weather resistance and good insulation properties.
(3) PE plastic particles have excellent insulation resistance, voltage resistance, heat aging resistance, low temperature performance, chemical stability, water resistance and other excellent properties
Machinery/Production Process
1. Production equipment includes cable extruder, stranding machine, cable forming machine, braiding machine, etc. The main testing and actual equipment are aging test, combustion test, tensile elongation test, insulation high voltage testing machine. Communication cable testing includes fluke testers, cable conduction, insulation, high voltage testers, etc.
2. Production processes are core wire extrusion, core wire twisting, shielding anti-interference layer weaving, the outer skin of wires are extruded with plastic, connecting wire production with connector, and product packaging.
